It holds the distinction of being the first newspaper to be published on a day-to-day basis.

Another fact is that it is the largest online newspaper not only in India but also has users in Pakistan, Middle-East and the Islamic World on the whole as the daily is popular for the social welfare services in accordance with NGOs.
